Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy apple, dry apple, green apple. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100701]

Clear pissy yellow colour with almost no head.
Mild apple, apple wine and mild fruity notes in the aroma.
The flavour is apple, sugary sweetness, mild apple wine and mild tartness. Not very sweet but I prefer drier ones.

Poured a light yellow colour without a head. Aroma of sweet green apples with some pear notes aswell. Flavour of sweet apples, sugar and pear. Light bodied, thin mouthfeel. Basic.

Pale. Thin aroma, Yes, there’s some apple cider there, and it’s probably desperately trying to get out. However, it’s failing horribly. Taste is similar. Bollocks, where’s the freaking cider? Lame.

Draught@Plevna in 2007. Yellowish golden colour, no head. Aroma is green apples along with some sweet apples. Also a mild touch of pear-like sweetness. Flavour is quite dry and semi-sour apples along with some mild birch sap to it. Refreshing.
