Deep golden colour, thin tight head. Served a little cold, which limited the aroma too much. Not so much ’indian’ in this pale ale - a healthy hoppiness, but not too alcoholic at 4.6%. Fruity and slightly spicy, not unfamiliar in Plevna beers.
Rune (1662), Tromsø, Norway
Oct 10, 2006 Dark amber colour over a low white foam. Inviting hoppy aroma. Varied flavour of dark berries, caramel and hoppy dryness. Hoppy bitterness towards the end. Medium to full bodied (250ml sampled at the brewpub in Tampere 06.10.2006).

Golden in colour, minor white head. The aroma consists of Juniper berries with a bitter sting. The flavour is bitter with Juniper berries. It has a sweet after taste.

Aug 8, 2005 Draught. Copper coloured, minor head. Fruity hoppy aroma. Fruity hoppy flavour with very dry hoppy finish. Pleasant palate, and good standard IPA.

Aug 17, 2004 Golden-amber colour. Rich foresty hop aroma. Rich hop character - foresty, hint of bready and caramelly malts. Moderate bitterness. Finish, however, is slightly wet.
