Pours clear pale yellow with low head. Aroma is citrus, soda and fruits. Flavor is soda pop, candy, honey and citrus.

Body is a light yellow with minimal foaming. Both taste and smell are dominated by sweet lemon. Some yeast and brown sugar notes may also be found. A bit on the sweet side, like having a radler but not as malty.

Draught at plevna, tampere. Clear golden color, some white head. Aroma of sugar, honey. Nice balanced taste of honey, sugar, nice carbonation. Not too sweet, actually nice.

On tap. Poured orange color with whitish head. Lemon, sweet honey and some light spices in aroma. Lemon and some sweet honey-like in taste mostly.

Very thin white head and very light yellow colour. Smells like honey and mead. Very sweet, honey flavoured and refreshing. Very good for friends of mead.

Aroma has brown sugar and some citron. Flavour has honey, some brown sugar and citron. Not as sweet or rich on honey like meads usually but refreshing with citrus aromas.

Small white head. Clear pale yellow body with strong carbonation. Fruity perfumy lemon aroma with soft drink notes. Dry-sweet fruity grainy lemony taste with sugary soft drink notes. Mid-bodied. Fizzy mouthfeel. Dry-sweet cinnamon and lemon aftertaste, fairly artificial, with soft drink and sugar notes. Yuck. (0.5l draft at Villi Wainö, Helsinki. Didn’t realize that sima = mead, and thought it was beer.)
