Sep 10, 2008 Draught, 5.9%. Sweet and slightly spicy aroma. Seemingly clear very dark brown colour. The flavour is nicely sweet, quite hoppy, very roasted and slightly spicy. Quite bitter aftertaste.

Aug 30, 2008 Draught. Dark red, tiny off-white head. Buttery, fruity aroma. Taste very strong hops, with a long finish. Too much hops, too little taste and balance for me.

May 11, 2008 (Draught at Pikkulintu on 2008-04-11) Brown and cloudy. Malts and hops in nose. A bit fizzy palate. Lots of malts which give sweetness. Some bitterness.

Apr 26, 2008 Draught at Helsinki Beer Festival. Dark reddish brown color with creamy head. Sweetish aroma with fruity and flowery hops. Bittersweet flavor with fruity-flowery hops, honey, caramel, pepper and hint of chocolate. Fairly close to Smörre IPA, which is slightly better.
Jukkabro (2463), Tampere, Finland
Apr 21, 2008 Deep dark amber colored, little yellow head. Sweet flowery, nicely licoricy and hopped aroma. Medium bodied. Flavor is even more hopped with bitter flowers, slight licorice also here with caramel. Aftertaste has lasting hoppy bitterness. Should be had side by side with Smörre to make better comparison.
