Tap at Kaisla, Helsinki. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is light grass resin hop. The flavour is medium bitter with a citrus grain resin hop, very light toothpaste palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Tap at Kaisla, Helsinki. A color of dark reddish amber with a medium-sized frothy head. Aroma of piny, grassy and fruity hoppiness. Tasty is crisp, dry and bitter, hops bite initially with a fruity punch. The finish features dry, bready malty notes, probably from the rye malts. Palate is medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Nice quality IPA.

Reddish brown coloured beer with medium sized head and lots of lacing. Rye pops up first and then some sweet notes, hops stay back in the aroma. Rye balances the hops making this relatively sweet for IPA. Maybe a bit too thin body and needs a little more hops. Nice experiment with rye malts.

On tap at Panimoravintola Bruuveri, Helsinki. Deep amber with an off-white head. Hoppy aroma with pine, malt, caramel and a hint of citrus. Medium sweet and piney with a quite decent bitterness. Quite well balanced. Long bitter aftertaste. Nice IPA! (2013-08-16)

UPDATED: AUG 8, 2014 Clear copper-red body. Large well-lasting head with slightly off-white color. Nose is mild with citrus, spices and dark malts. Taste starts with a malty sweetness that is quickly followed by a hoppy bitterness that leaves a surprisingly mild aftertaste.Very soft carbonation and a rich, silky mouthfeel Pretty well balanced and nice to drink, although quite rich for the stylr.

Tap at Kaisla. amber.. reddish. Pine, dark caramel, ryish, malts. Some yeastly notes. Body is medium full, quite dry and bitter. Feels really lika an sturdy IPA- not overhopped, aroma-wise, with a bunch of floral perfumy citrus things, but bitter with a good piny malt backbone. This could surely survive the notorios boat trip down to the indies.
