Black colored, big lasting beige head. Roasted and fruity aroma. Flavor is roasted coffee with dry ending and some caramel in aftertaste too. Medium bodied.

Draught
Dark brown with small creamy expresso head. Fresh hoppy nose. Medium-bodied. Starts sweetish, then turns to aromatic rounded hops. Finish gives some roasty notes. Dry aftertaste. Another good Plevna brew.

(Draught @ ToT ’05, Tampere) Very dark, reddish brown color with a smallish, beige head. Sourish, ashy, slightly smoky aroma. Reasonably malty, quite flowery-hoppy and sourish flavor. Very bitter, dryish and ashy finish. Medium-bodied, slicky, bitter palate with medium, foamy carbonation. A very decent, quite balanced dunkel.
