On tap at Wildeman. A bitter and very dark beer, really good. It’s got a creamy head the tastes picks up, from an easy sip to a punchy finish. Sticky and sweet.

Rastacouere (5551), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Oct 3, 2007 Tight 1cm head is fully lasting atop the almost black hue. Fruity, almost smoky blackberry nose. Rather simple, but refreshing brew with a high level of sweetness that is cut by an intense carbonation. Powdery mouthfeel with cocoa, sour berries and nutty intricacies.
