On tap at One Pint Pub. Burnt orange pour with a white head. Caramel malt and herbal tea aromas.. Lot’s of sweet malt with some herbal/floral notes. A little watery in the mouthfeel for 11.5%. Has a somewhat tea like quality to it. Very sweet.

Draught @ One Pint Pub, Helsinki

Pours dark orange with a foamy head. Aroma of caramely malts, toffee, honey and farmhouse notes. Taste is sweet and malty with caramely notes and hints of smoke and toffee. Finish is yeasty and malty with sweetish notes. Nice, quite well balanced sahti, but I’m still not the biggest fan of the style.

Gedronken in de plaatselijke brouwerij in Tampere. Donker geel bier. Sterk, zoet met aroma’s van caramel. Smaakt zoals een honingbier? Voor mij te zoet.

Tap at Kuikka. Nice sahti, bit on the sweet side. Totally enjoyable and well brewed. I really want more.

Draught @ Oluthuone Leskinen, Oulu. Hazy orange / brown sahti with white head. Aroma and taste were sweet malts with banana and spices. A sahti worthy of Unto Tikkanen’s memory.

Draught @ Plevna. Pours hazy chestnut colour with minimal lacing white head. Aroma is yeasty with some banana, toffee and juniper. Really sweet taste with sugar, tar and banana. Taste reminds a bit the finnish pastille called "Tervapastilli". Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation and a slick mouthfeel. Definately a good sahti but a bit too sweet.

Draught@Old Bank, Turku. Hazy orangeish brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is banana, juniper, some spices, yeast and mild toffee as well. Flavour is banana, spices, juniper, yeast, some raisins, toffee and mild fruity notes. Caramelly, yeasty and mildly spicy aftertaste. Rather bodied.

Draught @ Oluthuone Leskinen. Hazy, dark yellow to brown sahti with dense fine head. Strong, sweet malty and caramelly aroma with heavy yeast phenols and some alcohol. Sweetish, slightly sugary flavor. Lacks malty depth. It is almost wheaty resembling weizenbocks to a degree. A punch of alcohol in the finish, as it should be. Juicy, rather full and oily texture with light carbonation (usually sahti is flat). Personally, I think that carbonation this light is OK. Not a benchmark sahti, but highly drinkable.

Draght at Harry’s, Jyväskylä. Slightly hazy orange brown color. Aromas of ripe banana with sweet toffeish maltiness. Sweetish taste with ripe banana, herbal juniper and toffeish, nutty and caramelly maltiness and hint of smoke. Medium to full body, lighter than sahti on average. Plenty of ripe banana but otherwise clean fermentation. Good sahti, well done!

Draught at pikkulintu, helsinki. Hazy copper color, no head. Sweet malty aroma. Sweet taste, could be stronger. Not my favorite this one.
