Bottle (330ml). Shared with blankboy and garthicus, via trade with glouglouburp. Cloudy orange with big chucks of floating particles and an average creamy/frothy white head. Vegetal/Koolaid aroma, sickly sweet with some bittering from grapeseed and dry spice. Tastes like a ’red’ popsicle coated in completely dead/dried herbs, some harsh metal just for added fun ... oddly, as it warms up the weirdness fades and it isn’t horrible, just not very good. Average body, sticky mouthfeel, slightly harsh aftertaste - recommendation is to let it breathe a bit after warming, but still, be prepared for a jangling combo of sweet ’n harsh.

Bottle (330ml) shared with HogTownHarry & garthicus -- courtesy of HogTownHarry. Pours a cloudy yellow-gold with an average size off-white head. Decent fruity, yeasty aroma along with some light spices. Sweet and sugary flavour along with some fruit, yeast, a bit of sourness and some metal. Medium bodied. Eh, just alright at best.

Moderate haze with a slick of fine white suds . Enticing strawberry jam sweetness, melon, cask wood, mouldering apple and citrus zest aroma. Mouthful of earth and rusty pennies. Way too metallic and alcoholic. Slight pepper burn. Plugholed it with the Miller ’Genuine Draught’. Useless.

(33cl bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a mid-sized blonde foamy head. Sweet and slightly sugary fruity (lemon zest, apples) nose with cara-malt with a light vinous touch. Sweet flavour with a tinge of acidity, medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Slightly yeasty, zesty fruity and cara-malty taste with a moderately sweet and metallic finish. Starts good, ends rather weak (16.08.08).
