Bottle from Beers of Europe. The label on this was all churned up and the notches iwere not clear on when it’s expiry date was. Pours a sparkling blonde colour. Aroma is sweet candy sugar and some sweeties. To taste, a sort of sweaty WD-40 burp, some sour aftertaste, mosty sweet malt, a bit of elderflower, fermented fruits. It’s not good.

UPDATED: JUN 6, 2013 33cl bottle. APPEARANCE: clear blonde beer, nice stable white head, full of carbonation. NOSE: yeast, some hops, orange peels, white wine grapes?, some spices. TASTE: not balanced at all, you get a lot of hops but followed by an unexplainable bad taste... I don’t like this whatsoever... Expiration date is AGAIN not very clearly indicated. It could be brewed in October or November? and in 2011 or 2012? Nobody can know for sure...

33cl bottle. Clear and golden brown liquid with small white head. Nose : mostly lambic spell with dominating cooked fruits, apple, vinegar, wood and clove. Little tart. Sip : some carbonation, water like liquid with slightly oily texture. Sweet and sour with dominating apple and tart flavor. Develops a little dry with spicy clove. Some cinnamon ? Anyway it goes well with the apple part. After couple of sips the sweetness is fully dominated by dry clove and sour lambic like background. Not my kind of beer.

33cl bottle @ home. Hazy orange / golden color, big creamy white to off-white head that lasts quite a while and leaves fair to good lacing. Smell malts, yeast, a bit sour fruits. Tastes pretty much the same. Almost a little infected...not sure what to think about this one. Medium carbo, medium body, a bit thin texture.
