Pours in dark amber body with almost no head. Aroma has licorice, dried raisins, toffee. Mostly sweet, dark fruits. Taste has odd smokey sweetness, probably from the acesulfram, medium earthy, grassy bitterness. Body is light with medium carbonation, dry body. Giving it a 3 overall for using artificial sugar.

Bottled. Low bodied. For 5% abv this beer has a low body. The aroma is of nice coffee, however, the taste disappoints. It was sour. A nice coffee start with an unpleasant sour finish. Too bad.

Bottled. Aroma coffee, caramel, toffee. Overally sweet, quite tempting. Small beige head, very short duration. Clear dark ruby-brown colour. Taste is rather sweet, toffee. Some coffee and light grassy hoppiness. Quite good one. Finish is roasted. Really well done.

Bottle from Pivni Rozmanitost, Prague. Pours almost pitch black with a big frothy tanned head. Aroma of dark roasted dusty malts, weak butterscoth and cellar. Taste is smooth, rich malty, dark thick toffee, moderate roasted grain, light liquorice. Well made and interesting dunkel.

(bottle) pours a clear deep ruby colour with a frothy beige head. aroma of bubble gum, strawberry jam and butter, with a hint of herbal hops, banana and some earth. flavour is mostly toasted grain, light coffee and more butter, with notes of tobacco, dark rye bread and a slightly tart herbal-hoppy finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.
