Bottle from Beers’n’more. Sweet and rye’y indeed, with a tasty chocolate. Rich but medium-bodied, with a lasting sweet finish. Easy to drink, with a matching carbonation. Yummy!

kindly shared by impuritylaw, thanks a lot! The truly artful thing about this beer is that its aromas function as almost an exact mirror image of its taste. Under layers of robust roast and bitter chocolate, sourish rye bread appears, then the softer, subtler notes of vanilla, oak and smoke that are also the first to appear in taste, on a smooth palate, before bitter chocolate and roast show up again to make for a decent bitter finish. Very nice!

Bottled. 10cl sample. The aroma has dough, rye, light roast, some pine/earth. Hazy, dark brown coloured beer with an off-white head. The taste is light - moderate bitter with rye, some dried fruits, cookie. Not an easy drinking beer.
