Clear amber color with a fine off white head. Nice lacing. Looks good. Fine intensity in the aroma. Medium (+) body and a fine carbonation. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Bready, rye, some citric notes and some spices in the flavor. Lovely ale!

Caramel brown colour, medium lasting beige head. Nicely decorated and relatively informative bottle. Nose: Freshly baked medium brown rye bread. Quite fruity, some hay, a hint of lemons. Gradually more spicy notes come through; coriander, cardamom and molasses. Taste: Rather soft arrival with medium carbonation and a medium light body. Passes on to fresh, medium brown rye bread in the middle. The finish is slightly sweet, with hints of citrus, spices and rye with a long bitter-sour-sweet (but soft) aftertaste, lasting >1 minute. A pleasant rye beer and fruity enough to also workwell as a thirst quencher. Nice stuff!

BOTTLE 33 CL. Sweetish dark caramel and bread (not the spicy but sweeter variety), hint of toasted malts. Simple toasty malts, low sweetness balanced out by a spicy hop bitterness. The rye is quite subdues. Simple.

Lahev:Hazy, deep chestnut-amber coloured with small and stable creamy off-white head; dryish bitter and caramelly nose, including aromas of bread, chocolate and herbal hops; moderate to solid bitter flavour, not without a certain balancing residual sweetness; lingering solid bitter-sweet, but mainly bitter, fruity, caramelly and chocolatey finish. A very fine Wiesenralle...

From XXXII. On sale. In Teku glass. Watching Adele’s Life. My first rye beer. Very curious, with slight smokyness and tartness that far from being a burden improves it. May be because of the rye?
