from Erzbierschof - dark ruby-brown beer with a huge foamy head; aroma of corn, pepper and plums; a good malt backbone; solid carbonation, bready and with a solid earthy bitterness; notes of grapefruit and biscuits in the finish - very interesting

?adny wygl?d, bursztyn, obfita piana. Aromat chmielowo-s?odowy, móg?by by? intemsywniejszy.

330ml bottle. Clear, darkest ruby red colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting and lacing, beige head. Weak, aroma has hints of rye spiciness, a minimally ashy, smoky touch seems to be present as well. Taste is quite dry, malty, hints of rye spiciness, a nuttily touch, mild hoppy overtones with a touch of orange, a decent mineral note contributes to a full body.
