33cl bottle at Chriso’s Christmas tasting, London. it pours a golden color with a small white head. Aroma is fresh and fruity, crisp. Taste is sweet and caramely. Overall, could use more hops notes in the flavour, decent IPA

330 ml bottle
Orange hazy beer with white head. Aroma has resin, tropical fruits, mango and grapefruit. Flavor has resin caramel and fruits. Medium palate with quite strong carbonation. Finish is long with quite strong bitterness and feel of alcohol. Aftertaste has resin and grapefruit. Decent, but the taste could be more refreshing, now it almost tasted like past its date, even though it was 3 months old.

33cl bottle. Pours clear medium brown with thin white head. Aromas of fresh spruce, resin and citrus. Taste has the perfect balance of nice malty body, fresh hops and naughty alcohol. Not too bitter but good punch. Nice, long aftertaste of hops fighting with alcohol. One of the best new IPAs tasted this year.

Draught at the Biercab, Barcelona, Catalonia. Clear amber colour with a small off-white head. Mild hops, some sweetness and mild malty notes in a mild aroma. It is quite conservatively hopped. Some bitterness and mild hints of alcohol. Quite alright but I would’ve needed some kick to it.

Bottle shared at chriso’s pre-Christmas tasting. Pours clear gold with a foamy white head. The nose has some pine, ripe citrus, herbs, pale bread. Medium sweet flavor with ripe citrus fruits, grainy pale bread, grass, marmalade, herbs. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet on the finish, lightly resinous, with sugary pale malts, melon, ripe tangerine. So so.

Cloudy medium amber color. Big frothy white head. HUGE grapefruity nose with tons of citrus, very hoppy clearly defined nose. Really nice that was clearly dry hopped. Medium body, very aggressively hopped, but decent enough backbone. Big bitter finish. WoW, in your face IPA that is confident and powerful.
