COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
On Saaremaa rye has long been one of the main crops. So we’ve made a beer that tastes like a true island brew should- of bread. This unfiltered amber beer is light on the palette and best enjoyed at 8-10C.

@ De Tolly. Aroma light, feels some apples and soured milk. Foam white but virtually none. Beer seems muddy brown. Taste is sour. Reminds me homemade beer. Carbonation: lively.

Had it in summer 2014, just found the notes. Hazy brown pour, thin ayer of foam. Bit reddish brown actually. Aroma is of a burnt bread crumbs, fitting for a rye beer. Some more distinct sour notes, probably also some bread yeast. Taste is like a simple home-brew or kvass. This beer has some extra spices, sweet notes in the background. Not bad and with interesting and unique taste - but a bit too much like a home-brew for me.

Pretty good stuff. Light, yeasty, grainy, with a distinct but not overpowering rye flavor, and a nice "living" finish. At Veski Trahter, Kuressaare

Bottle. Hazy light brown color, with little foam. Malty aroma. Taste was balanced, not so hoppy. Drinkable.
