omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden May 27, 2008 Bottled. Clear dark brown, airy head. Slight blueberry aroma. Extremely sweet with syrup and sugar as main features. Simplistic hard, celan malt character. The sticky finish only provided some dextrose and metal. Very Huyghe indeed. Sweet flavor with roasted malt, ripe dark fruits, toffee and yeast. Warming alcohol in the end. Ungstrup (11385), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 19, 2008 Bottled. A deep red beer with sediment floating around under a fast disappearing brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of alcohol, berries, and caramel, but also a light touch of spices. The flavor is very sweet and rather spicy combined with notes of caramel, nuts, alcohol, and berries, leading to a dry spicy finish. yespr (6943), Copenhagen O, Denmark May 17, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours slight cloudy hazzlenut brown with a fizzy tan head. Dense caramel malt and overripe fruit aroma. Flavour is fruity and caramel malt. Dark mix with a distinct overripe fruit note. Light chocolate flavour and a mild bitterness into the finish, still with plenty of fruit flavours.
