Bottle- Pours a hazy light golden color with a fizzy head that fades slowly to some lacing. Aroma of fresh grain and citrus. Flavor is sweet, with citrus and grain. Just a trace of bitterness and a finish that is a bit sticky and lingers. Fairly medium body, smooth and a bit refreshing. Decent beer. Fairly average for this style. Came as part of a sampler mix from the brewer.

A hazy, pale yellow pour with a small white head. The aroma has some fruity apple, wheat, and white grapes. The light body has a crisp texture with lively carbonation. The taste begins a light tart and finishes sweet.

Point Belgian White is a cloudy pale golden ale with a small white head the disappears quickly and completely. The aroma is very faint with a hint of orange and some Belgian esters. It almost smells a bit like cider-- very fruity. It’s medium-light bodied and pretty foamy. It has a quick finish that leaves the mouth slightly chalky. It tastes a lot like it smells, with orange peel being quite prominent. It flirts with sweetness and the bitterness is very slight. It leaves a phenolic aftertaste. I try not to be too harsh on wit biers, but I couldn’t really see myself having more than one of these.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 tronraner (2430) - Walland, Tennessee, USA - OCT 15, 2011
12 oz bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a bit of an orange tinge and a soapy whitish head. The aroma is bready and just a little bit sweet with some hints of lemon, coriander, and vanilla. The flavor is sweet white bread, a little bit of citrus, and a hint of the syrup that canned pears come in. There is a touch of coriander and earthy spice. A slight hay-like bitterness comes in the finish. Drinkable, but lacks that tart edge that a good witbier needs.

The best of the 4 i had from these guys. Quite a bit of orange in this. Definitely wheaty; quite similar to a Blue Moon.

Poured from a bottle and yielded a light-golden color with a slight haze. A light head was initially present but faded to minimal lacing rather quickly. Aroma was nice - fruity malts with a hint of clove from the wheats. Taste was of clove, corriander and malts with light hop finish. Palate was decent. Overall, a pretty nice Belgian style wheat ale. Nice job Point!
