I love the cloudy beers! Not too cloudy though. Tastes of citrus, not overpowering. Only had this once at the Point premiere. Would try again.

Bottle Pouts a cloudy, very light pale yellow witha quick white head and smooth thinck lacing. Aroma is that Belgian corriander with a citrus slant. Flavors are simlar but subdued and soft. Carbonation is soft as well. Fairly dry feel.

This poured a cloudy pale straw color with a short-lived fizzy white head. The aroma is grassy with coriander, lemon, and orange. Itís got a softly carbonated mouthfeel. The taste is very mild but has some nice spiciness to it. Itís like a wit-lite.

12 oz bottle emptied into my lovely Gouden Carolus glass, and then into my recumbent for typing on my Dadís computer in Wisconsin...fairly clear, bubbly light amber, a bit white wine-like, with a small but lasting snowy robe....spicy, assertive dry nose with hints of orange amongst the strong doses of coriander and yeast...also quite dry on the tongue, fairly light and a bit peppery, little fruit but a fair pepperiness and herbal quality. A nice lighter example of a style I donít much care for.

Pours a lemony electric yellow, small white bubbly head. Aroma of lemon, banana and clove. Flavor is wheaty, with lemon, hops and a little orange.

Cloudy white yellow pour. Almost looks like an antacid concoction. This made me excited that an American brewery thatís trying to appeal to the masses by producing a heavily cloudy beer. Smell has a slight orange twist to it but is dominated by a spicey zing. The flavor is dominated by the spice which seems to have been overdone.

Bottle - A slight shake of the bottle produced a hazy straw hued brew with a lasting fizzy head and good lace. The aroma has notes of orange zest, lemongrass, mild coriander, aromatics, and minor sweaty and banana yeast esters. The taste starts with a lemony zing, some wheat character and a mild finish of spice. The palate does not equal the aroma, a does have a full crispness I want from the genre. You can do much worse from an American brewed Wit, but this still pales in comparision to the better witbier available.

Appearance: pale yellow color, on the verge of true whiteness, head is fine, white, long-lasting. Aroma: big, bold, & flowering, a perfect picture of a wit nose that really stands out, lovely and soft, yet spicy and lively, awash in citric sophistication. Quite nice. Taste: nice, neat little hop dance up front, then mellow and mild. Refreshing and relaxing, with good spark, and easy drinkability. Light-bodied, but adequately flavorful, a consistent delight. Coriander-curacao combo continues to tap happily on the tongue. This easily beats out Blue Moon, which I recently revisited. Gets more lemony at the end. Actually, dries out a bit and my enthusiasm becomes dampened. Ah, well... For who knows what reason, this is the first product from this brewery Iíve ever sampled, after all these years. And a nice attempt at this refreshing style.

UPDATED: SEP 25, 2009 Kind of a bad smell with a light yellow color and small white head. Has a hefeweizen taste with some fruit and cloves. Surprisingly good, very smooth.
