3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cloudy white yellow pour. Almost looks like an antacid concoction. This made me excited that an American brewery that’s trying to appeal to the masses by producing a heavily cloudy beer. Smell has a slight orange twist to it but is dominated by a spicey zing. The flavor is dominated by the spice which seems to have been overdone.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle - A slight shake of the bottle produced a hazy straw hued brew with a lasting fizzy head and good lace. The aroma has notes of orange zest, lemongrass, mild coriander, aromatics, and minor sweaty and banana yeast esters. The taste starts with a lemony zing, some wheat character and a mild finish of spice. The palate does not equal the aroma, a does have a full crispness I want from the genre. You can do much worse from an American brewed Wit, but this still pales in comparision to the better witbier available.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Appearance: pale yellow color, on the verge of true whiteness, head is fine, white, long-lasting.
Aroma: big, bold, & flowering, a perfect picture of a wit nose that really stands out, lovely and soft, yet spicy and lively, awash in citric sophistication. Quite nice.
Taste: nice, neat little hop dance up front, then mellow and mild. Refreshing and relaxing, with good spark, and easy drinkability. Light-bodied, but adequately flavorful, a consistent delight. Coriander-curacao combo continues to tap happily on the tongue. This easily beats out Blue Moon, which I recently revisited. Gets more lemony at the end. Actually, dries out a bit and my enthusiasm becomes dampened. Ah, well...
For who knows what reason, this is the first product from this brewery I’ve ever sampled, after all these years. And a nice attempt at this refreshing style.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: SEP 25, 2009 Kind of a bad smell with a light yellow color and small white head. Has a hefeweizen taste with some fruit and cloves. Surprisingly good, very smooth.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Smells of cloves? and citrus. Very clear color, like a pale lemonade. Not much head on mine, even poured dangerously quick. Curacao noticeable, but I notice more cloves than coriander. Strong wheat presence. Great showing for Point on this one.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Small frothy head, cloudy yellow body. Simple aroma of corriander, wheat, lemon. Has a sweet taste, along with a wheaty orange taste. Carbonation is a bit harsh. Its ok but nothing special.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Cloudy, nearly milky, thick mouthfeel. Clovy and lemony without being overwhelming. This one was good and refreshing.

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Cloudy lemon with a sticky white, straggly head. . .Artificial orange peel and light coriander aroma. Musty, fake banana peels resting in dirty sneakers, oops. . . my glass just tipped over and spilled this ghastly liquid into the sink. Man, this was horrid.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Clear light yellow with a large-bubbled white head, almost looks like it's been filtered. Slightly spicy nose of lemon zest and wheat, the flavor is weak for most wits, but for an American wit, I guess it’s close to normal... light zest of coriander and lemon, about as spicy as Zon, but thinner on the palate. Not bad.
