@ Party Town / Florence KY - Cloudy light amber with no head, no lace. Taste is wheat and malt that is joined by sour lemonade and a light touch of spice. Not a lot going on here, but nothing offensive either. Typical of Point Brewery offerings.

The color of this beer is a cloudy light yellow color with a medium white head that fades faster than it should, and the aroma is a strong blend of wheat and citrus (most specifically lemos but hints of oranges come through), which is a bit too sweet on the nose. The taste is quite sweet and slightly sour but isnít packed to fully with flavor, and the mouthfeel combines a slick texture, medium body, soft carbonation, and an abrupt finish.

Bottle - Hazy yellow golden with a foamy white head. Nose is white pepper and coriander, sweet wheat, and a little dusty yeastiness. Taste is sweet and spicy, with more of the coriander and pepper. Mellow orange citrus, and sweet, wheaty finish. Thin and well-carbonated.

355ml bottle at home, claims to be 5.4%. Pours clear pale yellow, no head to speak of. Decent enough aromas, certainly some dried orange in there, and wheat/cereal aromas. No spice notes though. Taste is towards the sweet and a little bland. Finishes thin. OK.

UPDATED: JAN 25, 2014 I?ve tasted good Belgian Whites. And I?ve tasted bad Belgian Whites. This is definitely not the former. I would not hesitate to recommend this to people who have pissed me off in the past (in-laws, ex-girlfriends, the pope, etc.) For my "friends" I will recommend Blatz. Or not. Maybe I?ll give them some of this swill and hoard the good stuff, AKA Blatz for my bad self. Indeed, that is what I will do.

Cloudy pale yellow body with a thin white head. Aroma is a pleasant spiced citrus. Taste is citrus, nutmeg & slight hops. Finish with a faint hops that fades quick. Not bad.

Bottle from Rhythm & Booze, Ripon. Pours hazy golden white a white head. Drinkable, but far from an amazing wheat beer. Some of the orange zest comes through and the coriander too, but otherwise a bit bland.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold body with a small fizzy white head. The nose is kind of muddled and messy, thereís a little coriander and orange peel, but itís fairly light and rather mucked up with the malt profile. Flavor wise, itís not much cleaner, while I usually go for a fairly prominent yeast profile, the yeast in here just seems to muddle things. The malt base is just a little too heavy and sweet as well, which doesnít help either. I think of the style as being very light and refreshing, and this isnít it. Rather heavily bodied for the style with a clingy stickiness and minimal carbonation. A hard one to finish, Pretty poor example of the style.
