Thanks to Chelsea for this! Nose is lightly yeasty with some slight amount spices in the background. A hint of citrus, too. Honey and wheat. Body is with a light, pale yellow and a white head. Taste is rather sweet with light wheat and citrus tones in the mix. Very sweet. Not bad but not the best.
3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Chipalsa (1090) - Florida, USA - APR 10, 2012
This beer had a very light and bready scent with hints of fruit and yeast. The body full of bubbles with a clean, thick head. Sweet upfront, undertones of yeast and bready notes were pleasant all around. Leaves the mouth bitter (orange peel) and refreshed - a very light beer that simply satisfies. Thanks to OmegaX for the treat, I probably wouldn’t find this beer anywhere in FL.

Will not drink this beer again. Wheat beer is my favorite. This is one of the worst I have tried so far.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 seymour (1099) - Saint Louis, Missouri, USA - FEB 16, 2012
Tasted bottle from mix-pack into snifter. Poured a light golden color, slight yeast haze and weak white foam with a little Belgian lace. Aromas and flavors were mostly true-to-style for Belgian White, but all aspects were very minimal, dumbed-down. The distinctive Belgian ale esters/phenols were there, but barely. The coriander and orange peel were almost invisible. Light body, lower carbonation than typical, a sort-of watery, mushy wheat mouthfeel. It wasn’t necessarily offensive, just not a good example of this ordinarly delicious style. If you’re just looking for a nice, neutral, light table beer, this one’s fine--but then--so are thousands of other competitors.
