Golden in color with a heavenly hop aroma, Beyond the Pale IPA is artfully balanced with celestial hop flavor and clean malt character. Galaxy hops are the star of the show while notes of passion fruit shine through. Beyond the Pale IPA has a crisp finish with lingering hop bitterness that is out of this world.

speckles suspended in a golden brew. Smells of floral to citrus with a bit of muskiness and the flavor follows this. Very dry aftertaste that just leaves me looking for something to drink. Thinking this is the first time I have tried a brew using Galaxy hops but not completely sure of that, but finding that I am not a huge fan of them if this is the result. Drinkable but not something I am going to purchase again.

Excellent cheap beer. I’ve bought this a few times now because of the price and quality. Not the best IPA, but very solid. Good amount of malt character followed by a nice resin bitterness and tons of fruity floweryness.

Pour is a clear copper with a large white head. Aroma is a decent hop with plenty of sweet caramel malt. Flavor is more of the sweet malt, the hops kinda disappear. Finish is a nice malt but again I would have like more of the hops to make an appearance. Strictly average and that pretty much sums up this brewer.

Bottle. Copper with no head. Aroma of lemon pledge and grapefruit. Medium body, harsh grapefruit hop bitterness, soapy notes, pepper, light malt, and a dry finish. Really unbalanced.

Appearance is ok with a thick, cream-colored, soon to settle head, no lace, and a slightly hazy dark amber color. Aroma is the best part being mostly resin but also some citrus hop and caramel malt.. Most of that is gone in the flavor though - lots of hop bitter, a little malt sweet, some medicinal and is just so-so. Body is sort of soft, but the high bitterness clashes.

12oz bottle pours hazy orange with a large off-white head. Aroma of mild citrus orange and caramel malt. Taste of caramel and toffee, fruity orange, and hop spice.

12 oz bottle from the sampler case. No overpowering hop blasts but just average on taste. What you would expect from a budget priced case of beer.

Bottle from Brunos in LG. Pours darker yellow with one finger head; some lacing. Sweet nose...caramel....which carries over into the initlal taste....hops come in a little later....good but not great...but good to find a bolder / tasty brew from Point!

Good looking pour, a clear amber/copper body with a creamy and sustained ecru head. The aroma is sharply resinous with a touch of unripe peaches and peach pits. A sweet toffee scent oozes out from beneath the hops. There’s more of a sweet malt presence in the flavor, but it’s soon bowled over by the hop tastes and a sturdy zesty/stony/piney bitterness. The finish is a bit sweet yet continues with the hop bitterness for quite some time. Pretty decent.
