COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Point Cascade Pale Ale is handcrafted combining special top-fermenting yeast and a dry hopping process to create this truly classic American Pale Ale. The intriguing character is derived from generous quantities of the choicest Yakima Valley Cascade hops and the finest crystal, 2 row pale, and Munich malts. The result is a delicious American Pale Ale with a signature fragrant hop bouquet and soft malt palate.

Pours a pale amber orange with thick white head. Aroma strong of citrus hops, pine, and slight malt. Flavor matches, but just appears to be missing something. Mouthfeel is very slick and aftertaste is not pleasant.

Not so bitter as I thought by the name first. But it was quite florar in aroma and nice in taste too.

Bottle at Sourced Market, St Pancras. Clear gold beer with thin white head. Some diacetyl on aroma. An ok if uninspired pale ale in the mouth, not much hop, some cascades, some hop on finish. Bit ordinary and the aroma doesn’t help.

12oz bottle from ABC liquor on Betton. Murky gold pour. Light caramel, floral, citrus bitter. Little yeasty. Fizzy carb. Eh.

Clear, pale yellow, a small head that dissipates quickly. Very carbonated and light body. Aroma is slightly bitter and balanced by malts. No much flavor. Light and easy to drink but lacking body and bitterness for the style.

Sample bottle. Pours pale yellow with nose of citrus and floral hops. Some lemon, grass, yeast, bread and earth tones. Very fruity, lemon for sure, followed by an earthy aftertaste and mild bitterness. Not bad.

Pours clear amber with a quick, off-white head. Scent is caramel malt, herbal hops. Taste is lightly spiced, hop and malt....floral. A bit watery, but fairly nice tasting.

For mentioning the name of the hop used in this brew, it is not nearly as hop-forward as you would expect. The nose is grain, not hops. It has a nice look when poured, but minimal head and lacing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This pours a hazy, golden yellow color with a foamy, off white head. There is a pretty simple aroma of hops and citrus, nothing too fancy. The taste is a fairly simple ale that finishes with a little bitter. There are hints of grains, citrus, and lemon zest as well. It drinks easy, it’s local, but it’s nothing all that special unfortunately.

Bottle. Clear golden color, medium white head. Aroma of light grapefruit and citrus. Taste is similar.
