COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Drop Dead Blonde Ale. An alluring 110-calorie ale flaunting a gorgeous golden hue. The two-row malts provide Drop Dead Blonde Ale with its bright golden color and smooth, slightly sweet malty taste. The Sterling hops, which have grown in popularity in recent years, deliver a pleasant, soft hop character. The result is a truly intriguing beer: charming, refreshing, fun and memorable.

I thought it was an APA, but it tasted lighter and not hoppy. A golden appearance, hence the name. minimal head, light sweetness, light body. I would drink it again, it was a nice party beer.

12 oz bottle pours golden with a white head. Aroma of grass, citrus and caramel. Taste was just malt. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dry, slightly doggy, cereal aroma. Very pale, straw colored, clear. Good cap, fetching lasson the label. Twangy, lightly sweet, light bittering, way-faint diacetyl, a little mineral. Reasonably crisp, like kolsch without bitterness. Not much ale character. Clear, buttery finish. ABC, Betton.

Tallahassee, Fl - ABC Fine Wine & Spirits - 12 oz bottle. Medium gold sparkling pour - no head retention whatsoever. Aroma is sulfuric in nature, hints of a pencil eraser after erasing a large amount of pencil lead. Flavor is similar to tonic water that is past its prime, some metal shavings, a bit of paper bag. Uneventful mouthfeel. More than the blonde is dropping dead from this one!

Bottled. Poured clear, bright golden with a short, sticky bright white head. The aroma picked up toasted grains and a little honey with faint lemon zest and grassy accents.. not much to it. The flavor found light bready malts and a pinch of honey at the core.. light grassy bitterness and prickly carbonation around.. finished quick with corn and a touch of cardboard plus graininess. Light-bodied and watery at a couple points on the palate.. drinkable, but not by any means rewarding.

The flavor wasn’t bad, it was that it had no real flavor. Clear yellow pour with a thin white head. Aroma was faint malt. It was like a beer flavored water- no real taste.

Bottle. Golden pour. A little yeast/malt aroma but not much there. Not much flavor, a little malty. Not bad, just not very flavorful. Easy to drink.

Bottle poured a clear pale yellow with a small lasting creamy white head. Aromas of light bread and a hint of yeast. Palae was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of light bread and a hint of straw with a crisp finish.

Pours a straw yellow color with a pale white head which dissolves rapidly. Citrus and honey aroma. Mild apple flavor which lingers on the tip of the tongue for a while. Zero hop flavoring. Would be a great thirst quencher beer, but NOT a session beer by any stretch of the imagination.
