From a sample bottle: Poured with some head that quickly dissipated and no lace. Hazy golden color. Yeasty, fruity, typical hefe-weisse characteristics of aroma and flavors. However, the body is a bit thin. Less of the estery qualities and a domination of the yeast. Finish is on the bitter side and not that great. Be good to try one on draft. Also a good beer to cook with.

Aug 6, 2008 12oz bottle. Poured a clear golden color. The head was rocky and white with good retention. Smelled of cereal grains...a little husky, even. Medium bodied and slightly sweet with a smooth mouth feel. Tasted of cereal grain, citrus fruit, and a hint of cream.

Jul 25, 2008 12oz bottle. Poured a medium and cloudy yellow color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of grains, citrus, and wheat. Tastes of citrus (lemons) and wheat. Thinner and watery body.

Jul 4, 2008 Bottle. Hazy, pale gold body with a bright white head. The aroma has some light notes of dirty carpet and some lemons. There is also a little bit of flowers. The taste has dishwashing liquid soap with some hints of almond shell. There is also some light notes of bread crust. Not too bad, this is bland more than anything.

Jun 28, 2008 Aroma was kind of straw = not that appealing. Pale and cloudy. Slight sweetness - not bad. Not a lot of flavor but it grew on me as I drank it.
