COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Point Oktoberfest is an authentic Marzen Style Lager Beer, a style reminiscent of the beers originally brewed for the first Oktoberfest Celebrations in Germany during the early 1800’s. Hand-crafted using Hallertauer hops and sweet Vienna roasted malts for a rich amber hue. The result is a full flavored, well balanced beer, brewed in celebration of the upcoming season.

Bottle poured a clear orange amber with a lasting off white head., Aromas of carmel, bread and toasted malt. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel and bread with a smooth lingering carmel finish.

Clear copper, loose white head. Caramel and peppery aromas. Flavor is lightly sweet caramel and peppery hops - pretty much what the aroma promises. Simple, but not bad.

Body is medium with a strong, dense carbonation. Ends with more dark bready notes, caramel, toffee, toasted grains and sweet malt.

Wow was this disappointing. It smells great. It looks great. I was very excited. It starts off with an ok flavor but really watery. If it was not as watery I feel like it would be solid. However its finish is just awful. Image a burnt, bitter flavor. Just awful finish, you want to go eat some dirt to get that awful taste out of your mouth. I have no idea if I got a bad batch but it was awful.

Light clear cooper color. It smells like grassy spicy water with malts. Coincidentally, it’s also the same way it tastes as well but with a bit more of a grainy adjunct lager flavor. Calling this an "Marzen/Oktoberfest" style beer is an insult to beers that actually land in that catagory. Avoid this unless you like being disappointed

Spot on for a Marzen style beer. Not my personal favorite, but thats more the style’s fault.
