COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This great American Pale Ale is hand-crafted with a natural blend of the finest barley malt, Munich, Carapils and Crystal specialty malts, Cascade and Williamette hops and pure water. The taste is clean and complex, with a fruit accent and a dry, hoppy finish.

A decent pale ale. Simple. Unremarkable hop aroma but decent hop bitterness. Some light fruit in the flavor. Fairly smooth and easy to drink.

Golden orangish body, some head. Aroma is hops and metal. Taste is more of the same, just with less metal. The only thing saving this beer is the cheap factor. Boring and uninspiring, like most beers to come out of Wisconsin.

A fine malty hop aroma, a really nice malt hop blended taste, but a really light mouthfeel, incredible for the amount of flavor,if they could thicken up the texture here they would have a 17-18 pale ale

Clear golden body. Sugar cookie malt with resinous (this word is used lightly here) grassy-spicy hops in the aroma. Decently hopped flavor - bready malt with appropriately-strong citrus/grassy hops. A good APA from a brewer I don’t respect much. Nice!

Hey at $4/6 this is a good deal. Sure the body is thin and the aroma is a bit watery cascade, but it is $4/6. This is on par with most macros and compared to them this is bursting with flavor and aroma. A decent budget beer.

Bottle. Small white head that was creamy and smooth and mostly diminishing, fine-very large sized bubbles, sparse lacing, carbonated, transparent, and a yellow golden hue. Malty, caramel, sweet, and hoppy aroma. Flavor was sweet, lightly bitter, hoppy, and somewhat dry. Tingly mouthfeel.

I had heard things about Point’s beers. But as I stood in front front of the cooler at the store, I couldn’t remember if I had heard bad things or good things. My decision to purchase this beer was therefore influenced by my curiosity, but also by the fact that it was on sale for about 2 dollars less than the average 6 pack. So, I went into this one with an open mind, low expectations, and high hopes. It poured like a pale ale, thin white head atop a pale copper body. The aroma had me worried, though...malty, very thin hop scent, mostly just "beery"...it smelled like Nascar beer. The flavor, however, was surprisingly decent...robust malts balanced nicely by a generous cascade hop kick. In short, this is an OK american pale ale; it’s nothing spectacular, it’s decent. I wouldn’t go out of my way for it, but if I see it on sale again, I just might get more.

Not my favorite. Right out of the bottle. Somewhat watery. I guess it would not be hard to have another, but we will keep it at that.
