Tap at Dublin’s. Burnt orange/red pour. Nose is heavy oak barrel, tangy dark fruit, bourbon, alcohol, and caramel. Flavor is acidic dark fruit, orange, caramel, bourbon, and dry, woody oak. Lingering acidity. Rough around the edges, but certainly drinkable. A bit too tart and sharp.
