Best pumpkin. Taste is just like Thanksgiving dessert. Sad it is over but time for all Spring seasonals.

Thanks cards04. Dark orange body with sediment and a orangey/brown head, not much retention, though. All the pumpkin pie spices in the aroma. Taste is also quite sweet and full of fall spices. Abv well masked. Quite nice.

Nice aroma and color. Definitely an autumn beer with a creamy froth. Not so much on the pour but on the throat. The taste is like an SA Octoberfest but with just the right amount of pumpkin and spices. I would get it again if it was priced right. Certainly drinkable.

Pours a murky copper orange with a small off white head with tiny bubbles that settles to a ring and not much lacing. Actually pick up pumpkin in the rounded aroma as well as cinnamon, nutmeg, graham cracker and thankfully just a mild amount of clove. Taste is a little more reserved than many pumpkin beers with the toasty malt and caramel flavors coming through as well as the typical pumpkin and spices. Cinnamon, nutmeg and mild clove. Even a hint of vanilla sweetness. Mouthfeel was prickly with a medium body and high carbonation. I enjoyed the more tamed pumpkin ale flavors and more prominent malt character but thought the high level of carbonation hurt the mouthfeel while helping to scrub some of the more intense spice flavors away. Very good pumpkin ale.

Nicely pumpkiny and spicy, finishes with a very straightforward light beery flavor. Sweet flavors, initially sweet taste, finishes drier. Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves. Pleasant mouthfeel - thick. I donít really know pumpkin ales, and they wouldnít be my go to beer, but this one is very pleasant.

UPDATED: MAR 13, 2010 Pours a dark amber. Stong pumpkin pie aroma. Taste was liquid pumpkin pie w/ a kick. Lots of cinamon, nutmeg, pumpkin, cloves, vanilla; some alcohol taste. This was the fullest bodied pumpkin beer Iíve ever had and definitely the best one Iíve had. Didnít taste as artificial as others. Has a relatively high ABV. Best pumpkin ale Iíve had.

Bottled. Poured medium coppery-brown with a one-finger, dense cap of beige head.. rising carbonation. The aroma picked up slightly sour caramel and nutty notes with cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg around.. not a whole lot of pumpkin meat to note, but not bad. The flavor found caramel and some pumpkin meat at the core.. nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves around.. spicy and warm on the back-end. Medium-bodied and crisp on the palate.. quite dry on the back-end.. felt good and tasted good.. wish I had more.

Pours a dirty orange with a thin white head. Aroma of nutmeg and sweet pumpkin pie. Typical pumpkin flavor with a spicy drying touch on the back end. Pretty light bodied and thin.

Thin off-white head of fine bubbles. Spices and pumpkin with some sweet malts and a bit of butterscotch. Color is a dark copper brown. Flavor is mild spice and pumpkin. Some gingerbread and toasted grains. Slightly gritty mouthfeel. Noticable but light alcohol presence. Finishes spicy and dry. A pretty decent pumpkin brew.
