It’s OK. Got some pine and hay hop flavor. Lots of malt. Kind of muddy and little unbalanced. Boozy finish.

Pours a dark copper color with a smallish head and bits of lacing. Aroma of Grapefruit, bit of pine with some malt sweetness and grain.Taste of grapefruit, malt, mild caramel sweetness and bit of grain. Nice bitterness and the finish is quite dry. Medium body, crisp and clean. Nicely balanced as the 8.5% ABV is well hidden. Has a bit of character.Enjoyable beer, much better than I expected.

(bottle) My first taste from this brewery and a nice surprise. Well balanced hop flavors without going too far. Elevated alcohol very well hidden. The chosen beer to for an unplanned Reilly’s session. Looking forward to more from Stevens Point.

Nice grapefruit flavor. Interesting but delightful smell. Point did a nice job on this one. I recommend this one to anyone who wants to try an IPA that differs from the others.

Well the aroma let’s on a lot more than the flavor. It is not bad, wonder who owns it as it seems to be a macro in disguise.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Clear copper with a thin foamy white head. Great aroma of passion fruit and bitter grapefruit hoppiness with a sturdy bitter resin backing, mild earthy sweet caramel undertone. Flavor is bitter and resinous but also sweet where it needs to be with caramel covered grapefruit rind, lots of pine, a bit of dank earthy fresh hops, and more leafy bitterness on the finish. Great west-coast IPA from America’s heartland. Just bracing enough to bite, but balanced enough to quaff generously.

Poured an orange-gold, with little in the way of head. Aroma somewhat muted, but includes hops and citrus notes. Flavor was very hop-bitter, with lots of tropical fruit (mango and such) and some citrus. Resinous and bitter finish. On tap at local (Stevens Point) restaurant/pub.
