COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It just wasn’t enough to use a blend of 5 varieties of hops in our India Pale Ale. We needed more. We needed to go wholehog! So, we added a sixth hop and created a more pronounced hop nose and a massive hop flavor for our American twist to this legendary style.

This beer is a clear dark amber color with a medium off-white head that dissipates slowly. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel malt and hops. Medium-bodied with flavors of bready malt, caramel and piney hops. The finish is moderately bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Aroma is sharp and piney with syrupy sweet malt - not to my liking. Much lighter-bodied than I was expecting - piney hops as indicated in the smell, along with the caramel malts (finish is hoppy), but fortunately they are not overwhelming as I was worrying about from the beginning. Bursting with more than enough flavor to be a DIPA, but the ABV could be better-hidden - I’ve tasted 10 percenters with less burn. Okay example of the style.

from notes: very malty, not very hoppy. Not great. Seems like a high alcohol version of an english bitter. Meh. Scroll past

Pours a clear gold - faint hop aroma on the nose. It's a very mellow IPA. Sessionable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hoppy. aromatic and all around easy drinking. A nice session beer with not too much bite.

Bottle. Pours a clear pale gold with a near white head head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has some light grassy hops with sweet grains snd a strong hay note. Flavor is similar with a light grassy hop note that is dominated by sweet grains and hay.

Bottle poured a dark golden color with a thin covering of white head. Aroma has malts, mild hops, and some sweet fruit. Mouth feel is light and the carbonation on the lower side. Flavor has dull hops, medium bitterness, caramel, malts, and a spicy herb thing.

Not a big fan go IPAs but this one was pretty good. Nice mixture of the hops with nothing over powering. Nice surprise.

multiple 12oz pours (for research purposes), Not your typical IPA; probably a little sweeter than I was anticipating, but it doesn’t detract from its deliciousness! Has a "red" ale aroma that I love; its appearance is shite; taste and body are above average. This is good stuff.
