12oz bottle. Small off-white head atop lightly hazed body. Aroma is medium sweet, orange, bread, light caramel. Taste is moderately sweet, pine, earthy, some caramel/bread, light booziness. Medium body, some resin. Wholly underwhelming.

Bottle poured a clear golden amber with a small lingering ivory head. Aromas of carmel, earthiness, light citrus and light pine. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a smooth dry finish. Flavors of carmel, earthiness, fruittiness and light pine with a smooth dry bitter lingering earthy finish.

A murky hazed dark amber IPA with a thin off white head. In aroma, a nice earthy biscuitty malt with resinous floral hops, with some catnip notes and light spruce notes. In mouth, a smooth herbaceous biscuit malt, with grassy and floral hops, attenuated with age, but still very solid. Bottle more than a year old.

12oz bottle-thanks decaturstevo for sharing-pours a light tan head and copper color. Aroma is pine/resin hop, some medium malt. Taste is pine/resin/coppery/perfumy hop bite, slight medium malt-caramel. Lots of carbonation.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with a small, frothy cream colored head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (straw, cookie, bread), heavy hops (pine, citrus, floral), average esters (dried fruit) with notes of pineapple. Flavor is heavy malt (bread, straw, caramel), heavy hops (pine, citrus, floral), average esters (dried fruit) with notes of alcohol and pineapple. Medium body, warmth, and carbonation, low creaminess and a dry and biting finish.

This beer is a clear dark amber color with a medium off-white head that dissipates slowly. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel malt and hops. Medium-bodied with flavors of bready malt, caramel and piney hops. The finish is moderately bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Got it well after its original release, odd hop choices, dominating malt, this is about as low as DIPA quality goes, but it was drinkable at least, moreso than say a GUBNA.
