Měšťanský pivovar v Poličce, a.s. připravil pro letošní advent, následující Velikonoce a podobné příležitosti Speciální tmavé pivo - ELIŠKA. Jde o výjimečné speciální tmavé pivo o průměrném extraktu 13,5 % s obsahem alkoholu 5,8 %. Tmavá barva s plnou lahodnou chutí a sametově hustou pěnou, kde je díky užitým sladům ve vyváženém poměru karamelová nasládlost spolu s vyšší hořkostí, danou trojím chmelením nejjemnějšími žateckými chmely.

Appearance: Dark brown opaque color with a fine tan head.
Aroma: Cold coffee and caramel malt.
Palate: Medium body. Slightly sour and light bitter. Average carbonation.
Taste: Slightly sour caramel malty and some roasted notes.
Overall impression: The BB date was not readable. But I think this one was to old.
Personal stats: Bottle from a trade with Gunnar . Enjoyed at Koster.

SMAK: Najpierw du?a s?odowo??, a nast?pnie delikatna w?dzonka, s?absza ni? w Schenkerli, ale chyba troch? mocniejsza ni? w Dymach Marcowych. Goryczka minimalna. ZAPACH: S?odowo?? i dym. Aromat przeci?tny. WYGL?D: Jak to zazwyczaj u Czechów pi?kna Piana! Zbita, drobna i utrzymuj?c si? do samego ko?ca. Pi?knie oblepia szk?o. IDEA?. Kolor br?zowy, mocnej herbaty, klarowny. Piwo o charakterze ?wi?tecznym, ale troch? zbyt ma?o wyraziste w porównaniu do Polskich piw ?wi?tecznych.

On tap at Pivo a parek. Pours clear dark brown with lovely lasting tan head. Aroma is almost non-existent with hints of coffee, hops and malt. Flavor is very roasty, with caramel, malt, coffee, hints of hops. Nice roasty aftertaste.

Tolles Bier! Test vom 17.12.2010, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 14,12,13,12,-,13 - 12,78

bottle from Galerie Piva Prague. Deep brown, almost black colour, big, creamy, beige head. Intensive malt flavours with burnt and roast flavours, caramel, chooclate, espresso coffee. Delicious bitter hops complement these flavours wo well. Bitter-sweet overall character. Smooth and velvety palate, which makes this a very easy-drinking beer. High quality - another gem from this superb brewery.
