Golden color with medium white head. Bread, yeast and malty aroma. Taste is more cleaner then Zhigulivske from USSR ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pretty terrible rust-malt aroma, and the rest isn’t much better, with the skunky taste I associate with the zhyhulivske/zhigulovskoe genre definitely present. This one is however much yeastier, which improves things, though I wouldn’t necessarily return to this one

.5l. Big foamy head on hazy yellow. huge mess. lemon, yeast, vinegar. moldy head. bad funk, odd sour yeastiness. worst in a while.

Another Zhigulivske, oh joy. POured a hazy pale golden yellow body with a big, lasting head. Smells like diarrhea... a bloody mess. Dunno how I got myself to try it afterwards... man, you don’t get to see such obvious candidates for 1 in aroma that often! Sourish empty taste, some rice, light perfume. What the hell is this...

Bottled 500ml. -from Billa Kiev, Ukraine. Shared with Marko and luttonm. Hazy yellow coloured, medium sized creamy white head that went away slowly, hint of corn in the nose. Acidic malty and totally empty taste with notes of vinager in the finish. Not good or infected.

Plastic bottle sample at a tasting at Vova’s place. Thanks Stas. No fizz. Headless murky gold. Oxidized and sweet aroma, bready, papery oxidized taste. No carbonation, medium body.
