Bottle. No head. Color is very pale and has some yellow hues. Aroma and taste are dry sour apples and citrus. Dry and citric finish.

Bottle, 7.5%. Clear pale yellow with no head. Aroma is apple, little sulfur and a little tart. Flavour is apples, little dry, little sulfur, little acid, little tart and a little over carbonated.

Bottle. Pale yellow colour. Powerfull apple barnyard aroma. Very dry almost sour apple flavor. Average very dry finish. Oily palate. Almost astringent.

una sidra que sorprende, refermentada en botella tiene unos apreciables 7
.5% que no se notan nada. Color dorado, espuma fina con rosario de burbujas. Una presentación muy elegante. Seca y sin concesiones, nos gustó mucho y será una baza para estas navidades. Algo cara sin embargo, merece la pena.

Bottle bought in Cervezorama. Pours a very pale gold with no head. Nose is apples, nutmeg, and light floral notes. Endogenous carbonatation, refermented in bottle. ¡Almost 8%! Very dry, sold as brut nature and delicious; there’s a lot of flavor in there, and new layers keep revealing themselves. Clean and astringent with good carbonation. Excelent and new concept of cider. Very good.

Bottle. Head is initially small, fizzy, white, fully diminishing. Body is sparkling light yellow. Aroma is notes of minerals, wood/stems, and apple skin. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic. Light body, watery texture, lively/fizzy carbonation, lightly astringent.
Dreadfully dull. I reviewed this a week ago alongside the Dupont Cuvee Colette (another Champagne-like cider) and this one just couldn’t compete at all.

Pale straw. Quickly diminishing head. Fairly dull mineral-rife nose with accompanying cinnamon, lemon, pear, lime, and nectarine. Stinging carbonation with some softness. Initially dull with an unripe fruit character that predominates. Some waxiness exudes, akin to honeycomb, but overall things remain notably stark and lacking that obligatory explosiveness from the fruit. Lifeless finish is circus peanutlike in its yeastiness, with "flat" acids to coincide. Not a whole lot to inspire in this one. A rather plain, undistinguished, one-dimensional sidra.

Very pale with good clarity.
Flowery, soft apples, powdered nose.
Tastes caramelized. Hard water, bitter & green, but not harsh.
Good amount of carbonation. Seemed a bit watery though. A few bucks more then the Trablanco Cosecha, which I enjoyed much more.

bottle at Avec in Chicago. sparkling clear pale gold body with soda-like bubbles and little head retention. has a fairly simple nose typical of Spanish sparkling cider: mild apple / pear juice, very low must and a mineral quality similar to Champagne. juicy, fleshy ripe apple fruit flavor with medium-high acid, medium bitterness, medium-low sweetness. light body thinning late. the vibrant acid and mineral flavor make is enjoyable to drink but it’s certainly not something I would call complex.
