Endogenous carbonatation, refermented in bottle. ¡Almost 8%! Very dry, sold as brut nature and delicious; there’s a lot of flavor in there, and new layers keep revealing themselves. Clean and astringent with good carbonation. Excelent and new concept of cider. Very good.

Light yellow coloured and clear. Has a white head, fully diminishing. Aroma has lots of acidicity, ripe apples, nice. Flavor starts faint sweet, acid, bitter. Heavy dry texture and light astringent.

.5% que no se notan nada. Color dorado, espuma fina con rosario de burbujas. Una presentación muy elegante. Seca y sin concesiones, nos gustó mucho y será una baza para estas navidades. Algo cara sin embargo, merece la pena.

Bottle. Head is initially small, fizzy, white, fully diminishing. Body is sparkling light yellow. Aroma is notes of minerals, wood/stems, and apple skin. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic. Light body, watery texture, lively/fizzy carbonation, lightly astringent.
Dreadfully dull. I reviewed this a week ago alongside the Dupont Cuvee Colette (another Champagne-like cider) and this one just couldn’t compete at all.
