33cl, exclusive brew, brewed at Br. Den Tseut, with spelt and pumpkin seeds, thx to tderoeck!, complex brew, sweet/malty and slightly alcoholic/spicy, not balanced, clear, small head, nothing special!

33cl bottle. APPEARANCE: light clouded blond beer, nice stable white head. NOSE: caramel, some alcohol, reminds me of certain cookies... Also some reminder of the Chimay Brulé? TASTE: rather sweet, weird somewhat malt aftertaste, the weird kind of taste probably is due to the pumpkin? Weird but not bad, would drink again though...

Small off-white head over hazy, well-carbonated, dull orange beer. End of bottle solid yeast. Spicy yeast nose, bit vegetable - the pumpkin, no doubt. Again spicy, other grains, peppery, ginger-like... but also coriander-like; faint citrus, yeast. Spritzy MF. If it weren’t for the specific spiceflavours, it could be refreshing. Light body, gristlike slickness, faint alcoholsweetness. Not bad, just... a bit too "interesting". And I fear I’m actually loathing spelt...

Bottle scrounged from a "friend". Poured a hazy medium amber with a round white head. The aroma is yeast malt veggie. The flavour is neutral veggie mineral light pumpkin. Light bodied with average carbonation.
