From the barrel at Chelmsford Beer Festival on 15 July 2011. Quite dark (for a cider) orange colour. Strong sharp fruit and good firm tannin to provide backbone. Nothing over the top here - just a decent, unfussy, tasty cider. Nothing wrong with that at all.

From bag in a box at Green Berry Walmer. 2010 version at 6.0% abv. cloudy orange briwn colour. Earthy apple aroma. Some decent acetone. Some decent dryness. Good attack on the gums. Good dryness. Good fruit salad. Really quite dry.

Bottle, 1pt, plastic milk-bottle style. An unclear, golden cider with some bubbles on top. The aroma is intensly apple-ish, orchard, cores and sourness. Slightly vinegar-ish. It’s dry and medium bodied. Apple flavor, some barnyard and orchard, lasting finish. A puckering and tasteful one, really nice. 100814

[3190-20100731] Cask. Farmyard and barn aroma. Slightly hazy, light yellow body with no head. Farm cheese flavour, like stinky blue cheese. Medium body. Weird.

2010-07-31. Lightly hazy bright neon yellow colour. Flavour is a bit dry, modest oak traction when I breath in. 6+ Musty aroma, mild fruity oak, nice nuances that I do not immediately place. 6+ Average to light palate. Decent, interesting. Unfiltered, Oak Fermented Single Variety, Dabinett. 2009 Vintage. Cask at Middle Farm, Lewes
