3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
pours lightly hazy bright straw yellow with a small yet frothy white head, leaving some creamy lacing - some yeast or hops particles. belgian yeast - very spicy and dusty, grassy green and leafy hops - some citrus, slightly woodsy - hint of vanilla, biscuity cracker-like pale maltiness - complex and rustic malt bill, hint of wheat and sulfur, slightly warming. lively and soft carbonation, light body - oily, bittering herbal-grassy-spicy drying finish. uber-quenching for its abv. tasty and good! loved it.

One of those beers that just baffle you! I had the pleasure to taste this beer while on vacation next to the brewery in this little magical town that produces a lot af quality beers, Yesterday I was there as well, again... Home of the hop country that produces Westvleteren, St. Bernardus, Poperings Hommelbier, Watou, jejeje and so go on. This beer has a fruity pallet that serves you in every summer. With a BBQ, or after a feisty meal. Also in winter after a Christmas meal, or next to the fire place, this one you will enjoy. Either you like beers or not. This beer will serve you if you don’t like the hops from the Westvleteren 6 (Blond) and also when you are not that fond of the Weißbier from germany. 2% stronger but 300% more taste en ja ga maar eens Nederlands leren, prima biertje mijne heren!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a slightly hazy golden with a thin white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma is spicy and peppery hops, quite belgian. Taste is lightly sweet and lightly bitter with some nice spicy flavors again. Some fresh cereals and honey, also. Body is medium, carbonation medium or maybe even high. A good belgian ale!

Gold, clear, fluffy white head. Grainy pilsner malt, light earthy/herbal spice, lemony citrus, leathery note, a little caramel sweetness in finish.
