COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We made gold-fair, clear degustatiebier of 7,7°. it is of barley malt, leaven, water and of course Poperingse hops composed. What concerns the taste, is the first what the presence of a large hop bitterness is notable.

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. The beer pours a light yellow color with a white head. The aroma is tart apples, wheat and some grassy hops. The flavor is grain, wheat, grass and apples. There is a little bit of tartness in the flavor. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Decent, nothing spectacular.

Golden, clear and white head. Aroma is only slightly more interesting with mostly light hops and some yeast and leaves. A pleasant crisp bitterness saves this, as well as its drinkability. Accessible beer but nothing special. (Bought at Poperinge)

Tap at The Palace, Poperinge, Belgium.
The locals are very proud of this brewery so if you’re in the area, have a taste. They’ll love you for it. Pours a deep cheddar yellow with a cloudy body and a nice white head. Aroma is faint zesty lemon hops. Flavor is doughy malt with a slight cheese finish. Thick mouthfeel. Tasty, but lacking.
