COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Kryddad med kanel, ingefära och kryddpeppar.

I England har man sedan länge en tradition att under vintern servera lite starkare öl för att värma upp de frusna gästerna. Det här är en fortsättning på traditionen med ett kraftigt, mustigt, kryddat och starkt julöl. Doften präglas av rostad malt samt de kryddor som används.

"Njut av den här ölen efter vinterns alla bestyr, gärna i lugn och ro framför brasan. Vinterns kryddor ger mersmak!"

330 ml bottle. Muddy dark brown with grayish head. Aroma with big coriander notes, cat piss, roasted notes and citrus. Taste is sweet, coriander, roasted notes and a bitter citrus finish.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours murky brown with a small tan head. Spicy aroma with ginger, cinnamon, malt, citrus, touch of alcohol. Taste is medium sweet with a nice amount of spices. Spicy finish with a hint of alcohol. Medium body.

Yes indeed, this is a blend of cinnamon, ginger and allspice. Oh damn that’s disgusting. These things spices must not mix it into a beer anyway. The flavor says no as soon as it enters the mouth. Dark brown with small white head. Malty aroma with spices, nuts, caramel and dark bread. Same notes in the taste. Slight bitter finish.
