On tap at HomoSibaris in Barcelona. Pours a hazed, deep copper colored body with an inch thick, dense, foamy and frothy, tan head that dissipates slowly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is spiced herbal hops with some light citrus notes and a solid malt backing. Toasty toffee, some hints of caramel, a light chocolate, and touches of cinnamon spice. Flavor is similar. Lightly spiced with some herbal hops up front before a nice, toasty toffee comes in. Touches of caramel again with some light chocolates, a few citrus hints, and some bread before this finishes clean and dry with a moderate, spicy bitterness and a light cinnamon spice. Lengthy aftertaste following a medium body and a soft, moderate carbonation. Overall, a pretty solid beer. Bitter and clean with a light spiciness and a solid toasted malt backing. Good one.

Botella de 330ml. Vaso Pilsner. Refrescante, sabrosa y elegante. Un buen ejemplo del Estilo Altbier. 330ml Bottle. Footed Pilsner glass. Enjoyed on mar´13. Deep amber color & chill haze appearance. Beige froth, close crown & lasting ´til the end layer on top. Lacing collars & spots on sides. Aroma profile shows moderate toasted malts, herbal hues, very subtle toffee, cinnamon & chocolate notes, grape touch. Toasted malt upfront combined with increasing, lasting & clean bitterness. Medium to light body. Moderate to medium carbonation. Dense texture, smooth palate & slight spicy notes. Kind citric & herbal notes in the middle balanced by sweet toasted malts linger in a dry bitter finish. Refreshing, flavour & elegant. Nice spot of the Altbier Style.
