COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We used five different malts in this beer and also added vanilla pod from Madagascar. No beer style was followed and this beer will be different every time we make it. Nothing like a bit of experimentation

Aroma: Honey, spicy, pepper, rich malt, roasty, Appearance: Hazy copper body. Thick, long lasting, off-white head. Lacing. Flavour: Dark fruity, medium-high sweetness. Medium-low bitterness with a touch of alcohol/pepper. Palate: Medium-full body. Active carbonation. Slight warming. Slick mouth feel. Overall: I can see this as a good after dinner beer. Complex maltiness and nice aromas. 440 ml bottle, poured. 18B. Belgian Dubbel
