CALORIES: 195 ABV: 6.5% COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Creata nel 1969 da Hans Leutner, mastro birraio del Birrificio Angelo Poretti, Bock Chiara doveva essere una birra di Natale. Grazie al suo immediato successo, invece, iniziò subito a essere prodotta stabilmente. Di grado alcolico piuttosto importante (alc. 6,5% vol.), Bock Chiara vanta un corpo rotondo e un aroma fruttato, bilanciati da un amaro deciso, ma non troppo accentuato. È densa e piacevole, con un finale erbaceo. È ottima nell’abbinamento con un caprino fresco che ne addolcisce il finale amaricante, ma anche su un classico formaggio Sancarlin (o Zincarlin, come viene chiamato sugli alpeggi tra il Lago di Como e il Lago di Lugano).<br /><br />Formerly known as Poretti Bock 1877 Chiara.<br />http://www.birrificioporetti.it
