I’ve had this beer a while ago already. Tasted flat. Must have been a bad bottle, as all I can remember was that it was abominable. I’ll be happy to try it again if someone else is paying.

Amber coloured body with a thin tan head. Aroma of toasted malt, nuts, light hops , caramel and a touch of soda sweetness. Medium-bodied; Strong roasty malt flavour with some caramel notes, a touch of wort, but a rather nice ’typical’ Italian beer. Aftertaste shows some roasty malt, a light nuttiness and some very mild caramel tastes. Overall, a bit better than most ’standard’ Italian beers - but still not amazing. I sampled this 33 cL bottle purchased from A Tutta Birra in Milan, Italy on 12-November-2009 for €1,75 sampled a day later in Milan.

0,33 bottle. big rocky off white head over a clear copper liquid. sweet raisin and plums liquor aroma, with some hints of malt and critrus hops. very malty taste, dried fruits and alcohol. some bitterness from the hops and toasted malt in the aftertaste. milky texture, low carb, medium body.

è una birra strabuona, veramente figa, con un retrogusto bello e tanto figo. Mi piace un sacco insieme alla salsiccia sui crostini e con le patate al forno di gabe :D. buona buona

Bottle. Pours clear amber with a medium white head. The aroma is malty and light nutty. The flavour is light nutty and light veggy with profound malty notes. More vienna like than bock.

UPDATED: JUN 30, 2012 Color ambra scura con media schiuma biancastra. Aroma mediamente luppolato con un tocco di caramello e nocciole. Il gusto ha note dolciastre di malto e un più forte retrogusto di luppolo; si avverte un lieve sentore metallico abbastanza fastidioso mentre il finale è asciutto. Birra di facile beva e mediamente corposa, è umile ma per nulla spiacevole.
