COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Formerly known as Poretti Premium or Poretti Chiara Originale.

Draught at George and Dragon restaurant in Essex. Strong bread smell, small hint of cereal. Pale and clear with a minimal head. Taste light bitter, not much else. Very thin, some carbonation. Overall nothing special, very drinkable however with an interesting smell!

UPDATED: APR 29, 2015 Despite the fact its 5.5 it has a light taste to it. Mild grain and malts. Grassy, dry and light. Not a great beer but not completely without merit. It is still pricey for what is in essence a macro style beer however. If you are gonna drink an Italian beer go for Peroni.

Pour golden color with a nice white head that do not keep any lacing. Aroma is malty, flavor is pretty much like aroma, hints of brea, cardboard and slightly hops. Medium carbonation and light body with a sweet finish.

Cagliari 3/8 2014. Drunk from bottle in the harbour of Cagliari. A sour aroma and a mouthfeel with high carbonation. Anonymous taste with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Kind of reminds you of an standard Carlsberg.

330ml served in its own glass in a restaurant in Rome. Pours a clear pale yellow color forming a big light and bubbled white head with low retention and only some few lacings left. Smells like a standard Lager, a little bit more perfumed. Pale grains and grassy hops. Slightly sweet taste of pale grains in upfront. Light grassy and a bit citrus notes. Some notes of adjunct malts. Light body and medium carbonation. Not impressive. Standard Lager. The 4 Luppoli (4 hops) probably means that 4 types of Cascade hops were used :p...

Bottle [thanks to Inoven] @ home. Clear golden color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly grainy, lightly bitter. Low to average body and carbonation. Just one of so many lagers.

Bottle, dik Dlazdo. Clear pale body, low white head. Aroma has really weak grainy character. Taste light malty sweetness, light to medium bitterness, really weak on any flavors. Body is medium, watery texture, medium carbonation. Bad.
