Savannah, Ga - Habersham Beverage Warehouse - 22 oz bomber. Hazy dark orange pour, sticky snow white head that leaves plenty of sticky lacing. Aroma is floral in nature with some nice resiny hoppy spruce notes. Flavor is full bodied and bold - some bittersweet citrus notes, some apricot fruitiness, a bit of maple syrup sweetness. Sticky, thick mouthfeel, coats the mouth just right. Very solid entrant from a most formidable brewer.

Bottle at 10.0%. Hazy orange golden, big thick rocky white head that doesn’t go anywhere at all! Big big peachy tropical fruit, resinous pine, warm booze nose. Nice rich sweetness, but not cloying. Lovely big resinous piney fruits, fresh orange peel, pineapple even? Massive boozy grapefruit, real rich warm bitter finish. Huge HUGE beer, but very tasty all the same.

Bottled:
Pours hazy orange with a small but dense head. Aroma is cookie dough, orange peels, pine and hops; smells good! Flavour is really bitter and hoppy; pine, resin, grape fruit and Seville oranges. Really good!

Drank during hurricane sandy from greenpoint Brooklyn today. Bottled 5 months ago. orange clear with a huge cream orange head, partially lasting with good lace. Aroma is floral, mango, pine, pungent funk, and honey. Flavor is very bitter almost from the start after a brief fruity and malty sweetness; goes herbal and spicy, then tries to be astringent. But the body is very soft and velvet with full active carbonation. Long lasting. I?m surprised it seems to have held up so well but maybe that should be expected from such a big IIPA. A real pleasure and very drinkable.

Det här var en trevlig upplevelse med en kraftig och ihängande beska/efterbeska, på gränsen till burdus. Kroppen är mustig och smaken bär inslag av grape, knäck och blommor. Slutsats: en riktigt god öl.

Pours semi-cloudy yellow with massive and thick white head. Aroma is distinctly hoppy with citrus, mango, pine, very floral. Taste, once the head has settled (or you'll be forced to use a spoon...), is bitter with a clear sweet backbone. Finish is quite long, bitter and alcohol-y. Medium to full body, low carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bomber from Ölkonsortiet. Pours clear amber with a great beigish tense head leaving plenty of laces. Aroma is malty bready sweet floral fruity piny citric caramelgrapefruits. Flavor is very nice, sweet piny and malty in front. More fruityness in the middle with citric tones and good bitterness accompanied with caramel and tropical fruits. Finishes longlived fruity sweet and bitter citric.

Bomber from I forget where. Very nice slightly hazy light orange pour with off-white head. full bodied hop aroma and taste. warming alcohol feel and taste. very nice hop presence, but not overpowering. aftertaste has a very lingering bitter presence. definitely a 1-bomber beer. slightly sour aftertaste that may be due to age of beer - it says it is a spring-summer release and i am drinking in late october. all-in all, a nice bomber for a foggy fall evening.

LoFi (1344) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - OCT 11, 2012
Bottle, 4th Anniversary. Hazy amber with a porous off-white head. Aroma: ripe peach, grapefruit, dry grass, caramel. Taste: sweet honey maltiness, caramel, tropical fruits, grapefruit, light salty, light licorice, toffee, light spices (maybe), pine and resin. Medium-bodied. Had Hop 15 the day before, and this can’t really compare. Still like it a lot though.
