Pour is a hazy orange with a bubbly off-white head. Lots of fruit on the nose, a lot of white grape and citrus, some peach, bitter pine resin, and a bready malt character. Lots of sticky pine hops on the taste, nice bit of malt up front too, citrus fruits, again I get a nice white grape taste, and a bit of mango. Nice bit of bitterness, well balanced with the malt character, and really drinkable.

Øl med let spritte duft og sæbeagtig skumkrone. God fyldig smag, hvor eftersmagen tiltrods for alkoholen er frisk bitter med let citrusnoter. [APK: 7.30]

Pours a hazy golden orange from the bottle with dissipating white head that leaves light lace. Aroma of bready biscuit and caramel malt masked by resinous citrus hops. Taste follows, bitter grapefruit finish and hint of ethanol, but no real burn from the booze. Very nice, may be a bit old, but still tasty. Yeah, bottled almost a year ago.

Hazy orange yellow color. Aroma for me is almost all alcohol with some lightly roasted malt. Taste is warming alcohol, piney hops, sweet malt and a little citrus hops. Decent Imperial - I think it would excel if enjoyed with a meal, as opposed to our beer tasting that’s underway right now.

Deep haze color, strong hoppy aromas. Full body, bitter taste and dry long aftertaste. Very nice beer.

2012 vintage, aged for ~18 months. Probably had been on the shelf for a bit too long for the style, as the hops had faded a bit. Seemed like a pretty standard double IPA, but would probably have more kick if enjoyed fresh. Pretty good malt backbone for balance.

Tap. Hazy orange pour with a finger of head. Pine, grapefruit, floral, citrus. Very floral, and strong citrus flavor. Medium to full body with malty but bitter finish.

Hazy orange-amber color, with small dirty-white head, lacing glass. Beautifull fresh aroma. Full of tropical fruits, citrus, resins, pines. Taste: Nice balance between big bitterness and malty background. Full body with medium carbonation. Notes of resins, pines, tropical fruits, citrus, grass, smooth alcohol. Warming finish. Very good IIPA!

Bottle - hazy orange/amber colour with large white head. Aroma of citrus hops, orange peel, pine, some caramel. Similar in the flavour, very well balanced, nice hops and bitterness throughout, long bitter finish. Medium bodied, nice smooth texture, soft carbonation. Well hidden alcohol. Superior stuff.

Bottle @ home. Pours orange with a big white head. Aroma is grapefruit and other citrus. Flavor is citrus, some pine, sweet malt. A little past it’s prime, but still good.
