May 26, 2007 Updated: Nov 1, 2008bomber....appearance: belgian like in appearance. translucent orangey light-brown with thin white head...aroma: sweet, pineapple citrus. great assertive nose that jumps out of the glass....taste: nice hop profile that shows presence of flowers, pineapple, and grapefruit....overall, a very enjoyable IPA.
10/25/08 pours a orange,semi-transparent, pour with a soapy white head
aroma of sweet tropical fruits, tons of pineapple, and also some dankness to it.
flavors of citrus hops, semi-sweet, with a mild bitterness to it that went well into the finish
. very drinkable and palatable. 8/4/8/4/15 = 3.9

May 25, 2007 Thanks to dirty_martini for the trade! Gold color with no head. Strong aroma of Cascade hops, even though they apparently aren’t in this beer. The taste is very vegetable-like with the fresh, raw hops. Not much maltiness. Good, not great.

May 25, 2007 Aroma was loaded on hops with hints of citrus and pine. Flavor was mostly hops with citrus hints throughout. Very tasty.

May 24, 2007 Aroma is filled with fresh hops and a pine & citrus character. Flavor has grapefruit and herbal hops. A little hazy. Good beer, but the disappointing, mediocre flavor doesn’t live up to the excellent aroma.

May 22, 2007 Bottle; Poured a gold with hints of orange. One of the more gold IPAs that I have seen. Didnt get much head; small to medium and white. Aroma of citrus hops and grapefruit; some malt, but much more hops in the aroma. Really good flavor and body; Clean dry finish. Besides the grapefruit, caramel malt, pine and yeast. Deserves its high rating.

May 19, 2007 A 22-oz bottle shared by badgerben. Pours a golden orange brew with a medium sized white head that dissolves to a fine film. Nice lacing. Aroma is very hoppy, grapefruit, some herbs, more citrus peel, and even a hint of lemon. Taste is medium body with tastes of caramel, grapefruit and pine hops. Finish is sweet and a good hop bitterness.

May 17, 2007 Bottle: Poured a hazy gold with a thick white head, nice thick lacing. Intense hoppy aroma of citrus and grapefruit. Taste is more hops with huge amounts of citrus. Nice, dry lingering bitters finish. Thanks dirty_martini for sending this.

May 15, 2007 Updated: May 16, 2007Bottle pours a cloudy light yellow with a large white head. Huge spicy hop aroma. Light malts, and nore big spicy hip flavor. Lots for a Pale. Creamy full palatte and soft carbonation. Very nice. Thanks to Jake65 for this one, my 100th IPA rated
