thebeertourist (2751), Oslo, Norway Apr 27, 2009 Bottle from Beermerchants. Hazy golden, solid offwhite head. Fruity hop aroma with hints of berries. Fresh hoppiness, very bitter, grapefruit and apples. A more solid malty base would make this IPA more balanced, but that was maybe not the intention. glennmastrange (807), hobe sound, Florida, USA Apr 26, 2009 Bottle. Moderate roasted grain for the malt, heavy grapefruit for the hops, broth for the yeast, and hints of coriander and a faint fruitiness. Head is creamy, white, with good lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is sparkling hazy amber. Flavor is heavily acidic to start, and the long finish is lightly acidic and moderately bitter. Palate is medium, oily, with a lively carbonation and finishes dry. Just a bit out of balance, but still a fantastic IPA. johndoughty (2150), cheslyn hay, West Midlands, England Apr 25, 2009 Bottle. An excellent IPA. ciciorock (11), , Italy Apr 22, 2009 Bottle at 4:20 in Rome; white head; Wonderfoul aroma of herbs, grass, pine, resin; Heavy bitter, moderate malty, lively carbonation and a very very long finish. Great beer!! KnutAlbert (3108), Oslo, Norway Apr 20, 2009 Bottle from beermerchants.
Hazy gold, firm white head. Lots of American hops in the nose, pine, resin, you know the line. A very long finish. Not as outstanding as I’d hoped. Bragesnak (2223), Aarhus, Denmark Apr 18, 2009 From Voldby, DK.
