3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
This beer reminds of a home brew and I am not sure that is a complement. Totally unfiltered and you can see the hops floating around. My bottle had huge carbonation and had a ton of yeast on the bottom. Perhaps this accounts for the somewhat home nature. Resin aroma you would expect with CTZ, but I didn’t get a lot of Simcoe. Pretty thin in body and not a lot of malt going on. This was decent, but a touch disappointing.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle, 22oz. It’s lighlty hazy, orange-golden in color and with a rocky, pillowy white head leaving some lacings. The aroma is a tad boring, but nice though. Pale malts in the back, with orange peel and some pine cones. Nice indeed, but rather boring, and that goes for the flavor too. There’s a nice bitterness going on, all the way, with lots of citrus peel. Guess it would be nicer all fresh, as it’s now I find it sort of boring. 131214

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle share thanks to Homer321. Hazy light yellow orange color. Light hop aroma, citrus and some grassy piney notes. Flavor is more toward the grassy and piney type hop flavor, moderate bitterness with a supportive malt backing.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
22 oz bottle. The beer pours to a hazy yellow /slightly orange color with a medium white head. The aroma has a grassy, floral aroma to it. The taste has a resin bitterness upfront followed by a grapefruit strong bitter finish. The beer is more hops than malt but overall still pretty well balanced for a fresh hop IPA.

No particular ’fresh’ flavour or aroma. Decent while unimaginative India Pale Ale.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
22 ounce bottle, pours a hazy yellow with a frothy head, super grassy hop aroma, grapefruity citrus taste, really hoppy but not overly bitter. Some malt in the finish, really well blended beer that works well, would drink again soon
