Bottle dated 10/1/12. Pours a very hazy straw/gold with substantial head. Definitely appears overcarbonated. The aroma is fantastic; densely piney and resinous with citrus and spice. No caramel malt aroma. Heavy hops dominate the flavor and finish, but each gulp perfectly transitions from citrus, to malt, to drying bitterness. Great balance of Simcoe and Centennial character. Even though the mid palate is malty, the overall impression is dry and spicy, always looking forward to the next sip. The carbonation is overdone, but easily fixed with a semi-aggressive pour. Certainly one of the best examples of fresh hop IPA.

Aroma: fresh planty of hops, taste balance is perfect. Nothing much to add to this simple but good ipa, very good for my taste buds.

Aromat bardzo świeżego chmielu i ziół. Barwa złota, zamglone. Mega czapa piany! W smaku żółte owoce, zioła, herbata, cukierki ślazowe. Konkretna ziołowa goryczka.

Bomber into Spiegelau IPA glass. Pours fizzy, cloudy straw yellow that fills my glass with 40% beer and 60% barmy fluff. Aromas of yeasty sourdough and pilsner malt, grass, hot hay, and old books. Wheaty, tangy, and "green" vegetal flavor. Ambivalent hops are uber-grassy. Salty, yeasty, wet bamboo, and a touch of smoky/plasticy phenols. Charry finish. Sharp, minerally, seltzery palate. My rating numbers are perhaps too generous. Every facet of this beer can be summed by one word: CRUDE.

Pours a clear, pale orange with a lot of lasting head. Aroma is sweet and floral a touch of grapefruit. Floral to start with a dry bitterness following, very fruity overall. A very drinkable ipa and glad it comes in such a (comparatively) large bottle
